I only came across this channel and watched 2 of the videos. This is so confusing to me because Iβve lost 30 kilos eating fruit for lunch and a salad for dinner. I cut out all other foods and stuck to un processed food only. I also donβt eat potatoes or corn or high carb veggies or fruit but according to this Dr almost all fruits are not good to eat if you are trying to lose weight. Well itβs worked for me so far and I will continue to eat my fruit because Iβve seen the weight come off weekly and itβs working for me.

Dr. Thank you for the free PDF Net Carbs. I have a recommendation; please, consider added the necessary pages to match fruits and vegetables with their natural harvest season. If we eat fruits and vegetables during their natural cycle, it will cooperate with humans' natural health cycles. Well, that's my hypothesis without any empirical testing πππ. You can eat pomegranates! And you can dry and grind the peel to make a very healthful tea! Just remember to add xylitol or stevia because otherwise its tart.

The only problem with a Keto diet is , after losing tons of weight people who havenβt seen you for a couple of months think your sick. I have been asked many times if I was feeling alright.

A few blue berries. 6. With chia seed and plain soy milk make a nice sweetener. Grind sesame seeds on top. Sesame seeds taste sweet. Good nutrition.

I find that eating a couple of bananas every other day doesn't seem to affect my weight loss at all but helps me emensely with lessening muscle spasms! However eating a donut definitely causes me to be hungrier sooner! Making it hard to stay on my daily fasting program! I can definitely tell the difference between fruit sugars and refined sugar foods!

Browsing the website, it shows how many grams of carbs are on each food; whether it'd be nuts, vegetables, and sweeteners.

As an Asian…we eat rice daily. So when I reduced my rice intake like to 20-30g…my parents were shocked and scolded me for not eating much rice π then I explained to them I'm on a diet named keto and they were like goes into crazy mode. And after that mentioned about gastric where people often get it from not eating well../enough ππ

Doctor, I'm a metallurgist, not a dietician. I'm new to Keto diet and I love it but I have a serious question:
What about potatoes? Now, I know a potato is rich in starch and starch is just a polysaccharide used as a carbohydrate, BUT I have been told that nutritionally, potatoes are a nearly complete food.
I have read and heard that all you really need to live "In theory" is a diet of whole milk and potatoes… Is that True?
