im so tired of hearing about keto diet here and there but not finding actual keto program with complete breakfast, lunch and dinner for at least 1-2 weeks worth of different meal recipes and up to 3 months or 6 months… i understand that keto works or hope that at least but please can someone make a video about how to cook the damn meals that is suppose to be keto so i can get started with this diet ???? please help anyone ?
