Great content. I am a nurse and I knew I should use an electrolyte supplement when I started Keto. I ordered one, but it didn’t arrive by my goal start day so I started Keto without it. Truly, it was a mistake. I was so sick that first week and into the second week and I’m sure my electrolytes were off. It did feel like the flu with horrible headaches, dizziness and fatigue. I was so weak I could barely walk up a flight of stairs without feeling weak. I had a couple of the most excruciatingly painful calf cramps I have ever experienced. Really dumb on my part for not waiting on my supplement. Unfortunately, I could not find an electrolyte supplement locally that didn’t have a lot of sugar though. I’ve been taking Dr. Berg’s electrolyte powder, Keto Perfect collagen and I added magnesium to my bedtime routine. I’m going to checkout some more of your recommendations. TY for sharing your expertise!

Are all the supplements you recommend lactose free ?… I'm trying to find out where I can buy lactose free supplements for zinc and magnesium in the UK. I'd like to find a good supplier for Magnesium Bath salts as well for soaking your feet or making the magnesium oil to spay on your skin.

I had NO IDEA Charlie horses were a common sign/symptom of keto flu. I know mine were from electrolyte imbalance. Although I take several supplements – potassium, magnesium & sodium are not on that list.
I'm getting back on the keto wagon tomorrow & I'll be sure to include those supplements 😁😁😁

This was extremely helpful to me. I appreciated your professional opinion. … And I ordered the Ancestral Supplements with your code. I eat chicken livers sometimes, but it is not something I am going to be eating every week or even every two weeks. So I'll take the supplements (I got both that you use because I am never eating brain!), but I will skip the supps for a few days when I do eat chicken liver.

I want to buy one because these altogether are costly. I am extremely tired, have leg cramps. I have to take a nap every day, since I’m keto! I have been taking Mg, D3, and Biotin already. I’m debating the minerals or the am ancestral beef (which sounds so gross!). Any suggestions?
