Keto Egg and Bacon Bites - ketogenic - recipes - quick and easy breakfast ideas - keto diet

This Bacon and Egg Muffin Recipe is super easy to prep and make and so practical, it is one of my favorite quick and easy breakfast ideas, especially when I am on a ketogenic diet. You can take these and stick them in a tupperware in the fridge and eat them through out the day as meals or Snacks when you need and they are 0 Carb, perfect for Keto Diet or intermittent fasting weight loss or maintenance protocols.

The is exactly what I ate on the ketogenic diet while I was losing weight in 2019 and my exact meal plan while I lost a total of 130lbs! No sugar , no carbs OMAD Weight loss meal ideas. Here are easy Keto recipes and what i ate in a day on keto.

PLEASE DO NOT USE COUNTRY CROCK. USE REAL BUTTER. I USED IT AS A LAST RESORT BECAUSE I DIDN’T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE.

Vegetables:

Eggs, a super food which has Biological Value (B.V.) of 100. An average Egg weighs about 50 gms. and contains 6.5 gms. of Fat and 6.5 gms. of Protein and no Carbohydrates at all which is what makes it a super energy food.
Eggs are a source of high quality Albumen Protein and a high source of essential fats.
The egg white is the protein and the egg yolk or the egg yellow is the fat and a large source of essential micronutrients.
In this video i have taken 6 boiled eggs for the recipe and cooked it in coconut oil.

Carbohydrate – 5 gms

Since this is a recipe meant for the ketogenic diet, I can actually afford the generous amount of fat i’ve used here. but feel free to just grill the chicken on a non-stick or an oven WITHOUT any oil if you wanna save up on calories. Here’s a whole week of keto and low carb friendly meal options. These easy keto recipes inspire me to get in the kitchen and prep my weekly meals for weight loss. I hope this Keto Dinner Ideas video gives you some dinner inspiration and helps those of you who follow a keto diet and live a keto lifestyle. These low carb recipes are perfect for doing your weekly keto meal prep and batch cooking.

First up, I made some low-carb garlic chicken. I used chicken leg quarters for this recipe which really made it budget friendly. Next up, I prepared a broccoli, sausage, and cauliflower gratin. It was outta this world and I really think the secret to it was the sauteed leek! It also stored and reheated super well and tasted even better after sitting in the fridge a couple days. I will definitely be making this again! Next, I made a slow-cooked pork roast. I used the crockpot to slow cook it and then added a rub before finishing it in the oven. The creamy gravy was a perfect compliment to the roast and it’s another recipe I’ll be making again. Finally, to finish out the week of meal prep, I baked some Pollock, that has just been taking up space in the freezer, and served it over a simple salad.
