KETO AIR FRYER RECIPES FOR EASY KETO DINNERS

The air fryer is quickly becoming my favorite kitchen appliance. It cooks things quickly and clean up is super easy. In this video, I share with you two of my favorite keto recipes to cook in the air fryer. Keto Corn Dogs and Wings!!! These keto dinner ideas will quickly be on your meal rotation or they might even convince you to buy an air fryer. πŸ™‚

The first keto recipe I share is how to make wings in the air fryer. These wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The best part is they take minimal prep and clean up is very easy. Keto wings are perfect to serve as an appetizer or keto dinner.

The second recipe is for Keto Corn Dogs in the air fryer. I uploaded a video over the Summer showing you how to make Keto Corn Dogs. KETO WINGS
(Serves 4)

20 wings (~ 2 lbs)
3-4 T olive oil
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
Couple dashes of black pepper.

Combine the seasonings.
Place the wings in the ziplock bag. Add olive oil and seasoning. Shake the bag until evenly coated.
Place all the wings in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380 for 25-30 minutes. Toss the wings every 5 minutes.

MACROS (for 5 wings)
Calories: 456
Fat: 35.5g
Net Carbs: 1.3g
Protein: 35g

AIR FRYER CORN DOG

8 hot dogs
1 batch of fat head dough (Click here for the recipe: https://youtu.be/O7LSVf7sJKg )

Prepare the corn dogs according to the video.
Lay down a sheet of parchment paper in the air fryer to keep the dough from melting down.
Cook the corndogs at 360 for 10 minutes (5 minutes each side)

Net Carbs: 4.3g
Protein: 15.7g

This Delicious Keto Beef Chow Mein really impressed me how delicious and tender it came out. I love Chow Mein so much but definitely do not love the fact that it is not low carb. I am always looking for ways to modify my favorite foods into healthier diet friendly versions of themselves as you guys all know. I went to look in my fridge and there it was, zucchini noodles and unfrozen piece of fresh grass fed beef. A match made in heaven for my recipe. Although I am intermittent fasting currently I still try to have ketones as my primary fuel source most of the time and try to keep most of my meals very low carb.

The key to staying successful on the keto diet is to be prepared. Juggling working full time, running a food blog and taking care of my family is a massive undertaking – I don’t need to add complicated keto meals on top of it. That’s why many of my recipes focus on meal options with busy families in mind.

In this video, I run down some amazing meal planning tips I have discovered over the years. I show you how to meal prep keto meals and give you seven of our go-to easy keto dinner recipes. These recipes are ones that can be prepped ahead of time. Some are freezer friendly. Some can be made in the instant pot. And all can be made in less than 30 minutes!!

All of my keto meal prep took place on Sunday and only took about 1 hour to complete.

Eggs, a super food which has Biological Value (B.V.) of 100. An average Egg weighs about 50 gms. and contains 6.5 gms. of Fat and 6.5 gms. of Protein and no Carbohydrates at all which is what makes it a super energy food.
Eggs are a source of high quality Albumen Protein and a high source of essential fats.
The egg white is the protein and the egg yolk or the egg yellow is the fat and a large source of essential micronutrients.
In this video i have taken 6 boiled eggs for the recipe and cooked it in coconut oil.

Fats – 65 gms
Protein – 40 gms
Carbohydrate – 5 gms
