►The problem for me with most of these sites is the recipes are NOT broken down to reflect protein, carbs, fat, sugar, etc. It does matter for certain diets. Low carb keto is not reflected in many of these recipes. I am sure they are all delicious, however adjustments can be made if we know the breakdown. Not sure how many others are as busy as I am, but at 8pm the last thing I want to do is spend time figuring out recipes.

If the ketogenic metabolism turns stored body fat into ketones for energy, why is it necessary to consume 70 % fat (the mainstream recommendation ) and 25% protein leaving 5% for carbs. The goal is to burn body fat. Would consuming less body fat result in faster body fat loss?
I have not watched all of these videos
Maybe the doctor answers at some point.
Thanks.

I'm not sure why keto recipe books are needed or why you would want to spend money for one. If you understand keto then write on a piece of paper or in your phone all the veggies you are allowed and the carbs/ amount. There seems to be a disagreement over net carbs vs total carbs. Then write down the best fats you are allowed and the best proteins. Just mix and match. I know some people like to cook, I don't. But I can cook an egg 10 different ways. Interesting thing is they all taste like an egg when I eat it.

There are very few minerals in properly made bone broth, make a separate quick with veg and greens and add it to the bone broth.

Doctors need us sick, I mean very sick.
My mother hit her head and is in coma since May 2020. In three months her insurance company had paid out close to a Million Dollars, Yes One Million Dollars, to doctors and Rehab Center, Knowing she really doesn't have a chance, they are trying to get as much as they can before she's gone.
Doctor are an organized gang of thrives. Who slave trade us from Doctors to Doctors , exam after Exam, prescription after Prescription. What horrible people doctors have become.
They do it for the Money and when I say for the money, I mean. They keep us sick for the money.

If I don't have to count cals then how to I figure out the percents? If I have to do the percent of what I eat has of fat or carbs then what is my cal levels? This isn't making me more knowledgeable, it's confusing me. I can't eat til I fill satisfied if I have to count percents… can I?

Really enjoy his lectures but he doesn't mention organ meats when talking of getting essential vitamins and minerals.

I was eating a normal diet and had no health issues, then I did low carb (as it was so praised) for 2,5 years and got severely sick. Shittiest way of life ever!!! Now I am back on normal carb levels and all is good again. As this doc says, it can be dangerous and it can be done wrong. Well then it should be only done when prescribed and under careful surveillance by a professional.
I wonder why we have so much amylase in our saliva… because we are meant to eat carbs! Stupid!

very informative even though i am whole food plant based, I have nothing against the keto diet. both diets work and can disrupt the pharmaceutical and healthcare/insurance industries when they figure out that we can control our lives with proper nutrition and some exercise which does more than they could ever with drugs and tests and procedures while gouging us for money
