KETO AIR FRYER RECIPES FOR EASY KETO DINNERS

The air fryer is quickly becoming my favorite kitchen appliance. It cooks things quickly and clean up is super easy. In this video, I share with you two of my favorite keto recipes to cook in the air fryer. Keto Corn Dogs and Wings!!! These keto dinner ideas will quickly be on your meal rotation or they might even convince you to buy an air fryer. 🙂

The first keto recipe I share is how to make wings in the air fryer. These wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The best part is they take minimal prep and clean up is very easy. Keto wings are perfect to serve as an appetizer or keto dinner.

The second recipe is for Keto Corn Dogs in the air fryer. I uploaded a video over the Summer showing you how to make Keto Corn Dogs. KETO WINGS
(Serves 4)

20 wings (~ 2 lbs)
3-4 T olive oil
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
Couple dashes of black pepper.

Combine the seasonings.
Place the wings in the ziplock bag. Add olive oil and seasoning. Shake the bag until evenly coated.
Place all the wings in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380 for 25-30 minutes. Toss the wings every 5 minutes.

MACROS (for 5 wings)
Calories: 456
Fat: 35.5g
Net Carbs: 1.3g
Protein: 35g

AIR FRYER CORN DOG

8 hot dogs
1 batch of fat head dough (Click here for the recipe: https://youtu.be/O7LSVf7sJKg )

Prepare the corn dogs according to the video.
Lay down a sheet of parchment paper in the air fryer to keep the dough from melting down.
Cook the corndogs at 360 for 10 minutes (5 minutes each side)

MACROS
Calories: 315
Fat: 26.2g
Net Carbs: 4.3g
Protein: 15.7g

KETO TORTILLA MACROS (PER TORTILLA) RECIPE MAKES 5:

165 Calories

13g Fat
5g Carbs
3.5g Fiber
1.5g NET CARBS
6g Protein

1.5g NET CARBS

Xanthan Gum can be replaced on a 1:1 basis with Guar Gum.

You could also use Psyllium Husk, but you will need atleast 3x as much of it.

If you have a tree nut allergy use sunflower seed flour instead of almond flour….link to some is posted above.

There is no better comfort food than a creamy and decadent cheese sauce with rich bits of salty cheese. It’s true, alfredo sauce just cannot be topped…but it certainly can be improved upon, simplified, and healthied up. It just takes a few minor adjustments and some quick cooking tips to make this one-pot shrimp Alfredo!

This Delicious Keto Beef Chow Mein really impressed me how delicious and tender it came out. I love Chow Mein so much but definitely do not love the fact that it is not low carb. I am always looking for ways to modify my favorite foods into healthier diet friendly versions of themselves as you guys all know. I went to look in my fridge and there it was, zucchini noodles and unfrozen piece of fresh grass fed beef. A match made in heaven for my recipe. Although I am intermittent fasting currently I still try to have ketones as my primary fuel source most of the time and try to keep most of my meals very low carb.

These Low-Carb Keto bread buns (or rolls) are very easy to make and can be a great meal replacement or snack. We like to top ours with butter or cream cheese, sea salt, bacon and cheese. They’re also great as burger buns. We believe these taste much better than the usual Keto bread, which is often made with only almond flour and eggs.

Once again we included the nutritional value within the recipe video!

Ingredients:
75g almond flour
20g pysllium husk powder
30g coconut flour
38g ground flaxseed
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
240ml boiling water

We originally found this recipe a little more than a year ago on the (paid) KetoDiet app for Android and only slightly altered it. We just leave out the garlic & onion powder as well as the sesame seeds to make it a little simpler. Martina (KetoDietApp) deserves the credit 🙂
